Most bikes arrive partially assembled. You may need to install or adjust parts such as the handlebar, pedals, front wheel, seat, or training wheels, depending on the model. Assembly instructions are included.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected delivery service. You will see the estimated delivery time during checkout and receive updated shipping information after your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information.
